Seed Library

We are proud to be a part of a growing movement of seed preservation. All across the country, and even the world, public libraries are becoming a haven for the preservation of seeds. Ridgway Library has a shelving location set aside for patrons to check out seeds that are adapted to our region.
Within the Seed Library there is a great selection of books on topics such as seed saving, gardening, as well as bees and other pollinators. We also offer free classes several times a year on saving seeds and other garden related topics.
